Why did you decide to work for the Catholic Community Foundation?
The future of the Catholic Church is very important to me. I am excited to be a part of the process of how we can help people grow deeper in love with Christ, and prepare for the future.
Tell us about your background and family?
I grew up in Dell Rapids, but I went to school in Sioux Falls at St. Mary's and O'Gorman. I am the youngest of five siblings. I married my Highschool sweetheart, Noel Hansen. We met our sophomore year of High school at Totus tuus and have been inseparable ever since. In 2019 we moved to Colorado. After a few years we decided we wanted to move back by our family. We have Miniature Schnauzer, Nyx, who is very spoiled.
What excites you most about your new responsibilities?
I love to keep busy and help out. Being able to be that extra helping hand for everyone excites me.
Who is your favorite Saint and why?
Picking only one Saint is difficult, but the one Saint, besides Mary, that I pray to the most and would have to be my favorite is St. Anthony. I am ALWAYS praying to St. Anthony to help me find things I have lost. He hasn't failed me yet!
