Bishop Dudley Hospitality House
The most recent statistics indicate that more than 1,000 men, women and children in South Dakota are without a home. The Bishop Dudley Hospitality House offers a warm, safe and secure place to start the road back to a more stable, long-term way of living.
Located in downtown Sioux Falls, BDHH is within walking distance of several agencies that provide programs for the needy, supporting the proven plan to work in partnership with existing agencies to coordinate many services under a single roof.
In 2024, the Bishop Dudley Center for Families opened its doors. The Center for Families can host up to ten families in a safe, secure location at 409 N. Western. The Center will has ten total apartment-style units, along with kitchen and laundry facilities. With the additional space, programming has expanded to include life skill classes such as financial literacy, renter’s rights, healthy living and other vital education. The Center for Families allows Bishop Dudley to serve even more families experiencing homelessness with dignity, respect, and compassion.
