Dear Friends,
I pray that you all had a blessed Christmas and a joyful start to the New Year. As I reflect on the past year, I am overwhelmed by the abundant graces God has bestowed upon this community and the privilege it is to be part of this mission.
Each year, it is a true gift to support our parishes and schools through endowments for building maintenance, teacher salaries, cemeteries, and so much more. This past year has been no different—working with generous donors who share their time, talent, and treasure has been a profound joy!
Internally, we are excited about the launch of our new donor database, which features a donor portal that allows donors to view their donor-advised funds and make grants to the charities that mean the most to them. Additionally, we have welcomed several new team members who bring not only great talent but also a spirit of joy to our work.
We are deeply grateful to our board of directors for their dedication to ensuring that the Catholic Community Foundation remains a strong and faithful partner to our donors, parishes and beneficiaries. A special note of gratitude goes to one of our founding board members, Wayne Puetz, who passed away earlier this month. Wayne’s wisdom and expertise were invaluable to the Foundation, but even more so, his joyful generosity and warm smile served as an inspiration to us all. His legacy of giving will continue to guide our work.
Our team is incredibly thankful for your support and prayers over the past year. As we look ahead to 2025, we do so with hope and excitement, trusting in the blessings God has in store for us.
May God bless you abundantly!
