A Day of Golf, Fellowship, and Faith
The annual Bishop’s Cup Golf Tournament was blessed with beautiful, sunny weather as golfers enjoyed a full day on the course. Participants teed off in the morning at The Country Club of Sioux Falls, followed by afternoon rounds at both The Country Club of Sioux Falls and Minnehaha Country Club. The atmosphere was filled with fellowship, friendly competition, and a shared commitment to supporting the mission of Broom Tree Retreat & Conference Center.
At the afternoon awards reception, held at The Country Club of Sioux Falls, golfers and guests heard updates from Fr. Scott Traynor on the ongoing ministry and growth of Broom Tree. Bishop Donald DeGrood shared words of gratitude and highlighted the impact of this event in strengthening the Church across eastern South Dakota. In addition, Bishop Donald Kettler encouraged everyone to consider making a personal visit to Broom Tree for a retreat and time of spiritual renewal.
Thanks to the generosity of golfers, sponsors, and volunteers, the Bishop’s Cup continues to strengthen vital ministries while offering a joyful day of golf, fellowship, and faith-filled purpose!
